strategies. Each model defines how the system is deployed, managed, and
sustained over time.
IMPLEMENTATION & DELIVERY
All Rockify environments are implemented, customized, and managed by
Rocklink Web Services (RWS), the infrastructure and systems division
responsible for provisioning, configuration, and ongoing operational support.
RWS ensures that each deployment is aligned with the client’s operational
structure, providing both technical execution and long-term system reliability.
OPTION 1 — ROCKIFY CLOUD (RECOMMENDED)
Fully Managed Infrastructure Platform
Rockify Cloud is the default delivery model, providing a fully
managed environment where infrastructure, system deployment,
and maintenance are handled centrally.
Under this model, organizations access Rockify as a complete
operational system without the need to manage servers,
configurations, or technical dependencies.
Managed by Rocklink Web Services
All Rockify Cloud environments are provisioned, secured, and
continuously maintained by Rocklink Web Services, ensuring
consistency, uptime reliability, and performance optimization
across all deployments.
Best For
Organizations seeking rapid deployment, minimal technical
overhead, and a fully managed operational environment.
OPTION 2 - DEDICATED DEPLOYMENT
Client-Controlled Infrastructure
RockifyERP is deployed on infrastructure owned or directly controlled
by the client, including on-premise servers or private cloud
environments.
Managed by RWS
Rocklink Web Services is responsible for system deployment,
configuration, customization, and technical advisory, while
working alongside the client’s internal IT team where applicable.
Best For
Organizations with internal technical capacity or strict data
governance and compliance requirements.
OPTION 3 — SHARED CLOUD PLATFORM
Centralized Multi-Tenant Environment
Rockify is deployed within a shared infrastructure environment
where multiple organizations operate under a centrally managed
system.
Managed by RWS
The shared environment is centrally administered by Rocklink Web
Services, ensuring system stability, controlled upgrades, and
uniform performance across all participating organizations.
Best For
Cooperatives, group structures, or organizations operating within a
unified ecosystem.
Customization
All RockifyERP customization and system adjustments are handled by Rocklink Web Services. This includes workflow configuration, document templates, approval processes, reports, integrations, and operational tuning. Ongoing customization services are available to support evolving business processes and organizational growth.
Customization is not mandatory only essential for stuff like atomated workflows and such.
Support & Maintenance
Clients hosted on Rockify-managed servers receive ongoing technical support as part of their hosting arrangement.
Clients who self-host Rockify ERP receive free support for the first year after deployment.
From year two onwards, self-hosted clients subscribe to a paid support plan covering maintenance, troubleshooting, and system assistance.
Rockify ERP is an enterprise business system professionally implemented and supported by Rocklink Web Services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and long-term operational success.
