Accounting dimensions

Accounting dimensions add your own reporting tags to transactions in RockifyERP, such as Branch, Project, Farm, Vehicle or Donor.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Accounting Dimension and click + Add.
  2. Choose what the dimension refers to, for example Branch.
  3. Set whether it is mandatory for balance sheet or profit and loss accounts.
  4. Save. The new field appears on invoices, journals and other transactions.

Tip: Add only the dimensions you will really report on. Every extra field slows data entry a little.
