Roles and role profiles
A role is a job function in RockifyERP, such as Sales User, Stock Manager or Accounts User. A role profile is a ready-made bundle of roles you can give to many people at once.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- To create a role profile, go to Users › Role Profile and click + Add.
- Name it after the job, for example Shop Cashier or Branch Manager.
- Tick the roles that job needs, then click Save.
- On each user, choose the Role Profile instead of ticking roles one by one.
Tip: Update the role profile and every user with that profile gets the change. That’s much easier than editing users one at a time.
