Amend a submitted sales order
To change a submitted sales order in RockifyERP, update items directly where allowed, or cancel and amend it.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- For quantity or rate changes, open the order and click Update Items.
- For bigger changes, click Cancel, then Amend, make your changes, and submit the new version.
Tip: Update Items keeps the same order number. Amend creates a new version, such as SO-0001-1.
