Field-level permissions
Field-level permissions hide or lock sensitive fields, such as cost price or salary, from roles that shouldn’t see them in RockifyERP.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Use Customize Form to give the sensitive field a higher Permission Level, for example 1.
- In Role Permissions Manager, choose the document and add a rule for level 1.
- Give read or write rights at level 1 only to the roles that need it.
Tip: Test with a non-admin user afterwards to confirm the field is hidden as expected.
