Stock Received But Not Billed is a temporary account in RockifyERP for goods received before the supplier’s invoice is entered.

What you need to know

  • Purchase receipts credit this account.
  • Purchase invoices debit it and credit the supplier.
  • Any balance means receipts are waiting for invoices, or rates differ.

Tip: Review it monthly. Old balances usually mean missing supplier invoices.
