Delivery notes
A delivery note in RockifyERP records goods leaving your warehouse and reduces stock.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the sales order and click Create › Delivery Note.
- Check quantities, warehouses, and batch or serial numbers.
- Add vehicle and driver details if needed.
- Save and Submit. Print it for the customer to sign.
Tip: Have customers sign and stamp the delivery note, then attach a photo of it to the record.
