Salary structures
A salary structure in RockifyERP lists the components and formulas used to calculate an employee’s pay.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Salary Structure and click + Add.
- Add earnings and deductions with their formulas.
- Submit, then assign it to employees with Salary Structure Assignment, entering each person’s base pay.
Tip: Test with a sample salary slip before the first payroll run.
