Show or hide modules
You can hide RockifyERP modules your business doesn’t use, so menus stay simple.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Go to the user’s record (Users › User) or a role profile.
- Open the Modules section.
- Untick the modules this user shouldn’t see, for example Manufacturing or Projects.
- Click Save. The user sees the change the next time they reload.
Tip: Hiding a module only tidies the menus. To truly restrict access, use roles and permissions.
