Restrict items, customers and suppliers by company
If you run several companies in RockifyERP, you can make sure each one only uses its own items, customers and suppliers.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the item, customer or supplier.
- In the accounting section, add only the companies that should use it.
- Combine this with user permissions on Company so staff only see their own company’s records.
Tip: Shared records, such as common raw materials, can belong to more than one company.
