Manage stock by batch
Batch-wise inventory in RockifyERP lets you see and pick stock by batch, oldest or soonest-expiring first.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Make sure batch tracking is on for the item.
- Use the Batch-wise Balance History report to see each batch’s quantity and expiry.
- On deliveries, choose batches by expiry, or let RockifyERP suggest them.
Tip: Run an expiry report monthly and push near-expiry stock with promotions.
