Banking in RockifyERP

RockifyERP tracks every bank account and mobile money wallet, records payments in and out, and reconciles them against your statements.

What you need to know

  • Bank and Bank Account records describe each account and link it to the ledger.
  • Payment Entry records money received from customers and paid to suppliers.
  • Bank Transaction imports your statement lines.
  • Bank Reconciliation Tool matches statement lines with payments.

Tip: Treat each M-Pesa till, paybill, MoMo or Airtel Money wallet as its own bank account in RockifyERP.
