Freeze accounting entries
Freezing accounting entries in RockifyERP stops anyone (except a chosen role) posting before a cut-off date.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open Accounts Settings.
- Set Accounts Frozen Till Date.
- Choose the role allowed to post before that date, usually Accounts Manager.
- Save.
Tip: Move the date forward every month after closing.
