Supplier portal quotations

Suppliers can submit quotations to you through the RockifyERP supplier portal instead of by email.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Invite the supplier’s contact as a portal user.
  2. Send them an RFQ.
  3. They log in, open the RFQ, enter their prices and submit.
  4. A supplier quotation is created in RockifyERP automatically.

Tip: Portal quotations save retyping and reduce errors.
