Balance sheet

The balance sheet in RockifyERP shows what the business owns, owes and the owners’ equity on a date.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Go to Accounting › Reports › Balance Sheet.
  2. Choose the company and the date or periods to compare.
  3. Check that total assets equal liabilities plus equity.
  4. Drill into any account to see its entries.

Tip: An unexpected balance in Temporary Opening or Stock Received But Not Billed usually needs investigating.
