Redeem loyalty points at the till
Customers in a loyalty programme can redeem points at the RockifyERP POS.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Choose the customer in the POS screen.
- At checkout, tick Redeem Loyalty Points and enter the points to use.
- The discount is applied, and the remaining amount is paid as usual.
Tip: Show customers their points balance on the receipt to encourage repeat visits.
