Stock entry purposes
Each stock entry in RockifyERP has a purpose that decides how stock moves.
What you need to know
- Material Issue: stock used up, such as internal consumption.
- Material Receipt: stock in without a supplier, such as found items.
- Material Transfer: between warehouses.
- Manufacture: raw materials in, finished goods out.
- Repack: one item becomes another, such as bulk into packs.
Tip: Choose the right purpose so accounting entries go to the right accounts.
