Employee advances
Employee advances in RockifyERP record money given to staff before spending, such as travel floats, and how it is settled.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Create an Employee Advance with the amount and purpose.
- Pay it with a payment entry.
- Settle it against expense claims, or recover the balance through payroll.
Tip: Settle advances quickly; old open advances are a common audit finding.
