Stock transactions overview
Every change to stock in RockifyERP goes through a transaction, so the stock ledger is always complete.
What you need to know
- Purchase Receipt: goods in from suppliers.
- Delivery Note: goods out to customers.
- Stock Entry: transfers, issues, receipts, manufacture and repack.
- Stock Reconciliation: corrections after a count.
- Sales and purchase invoices with Update Stock ticked.
Tip: Never edit stock quantities directly. Always use a transaction.
