Journal entry templates

Templates save the accounts for journal entries you post often, such as monthly accruals, in RockifyERP.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Journal Entry Template and click + Add.
  2. Name it and add the accounts with their debit or credit side.
  3. Save.
  4. On a new journal entry, choose the template and fill in only the amounts.

Tip: Templates reduce mistakes on repetitive month-end entries.
