RockifyERP can include built-in team chat, so staff can discuss documents without leaving the system.

What you need to know

  • Chat in channels or direct messages.
  • Mention documents to link them in conversations.
  • Ask the RockifyERP team whether chat is enabled on your setup.

Tip: Keep customer conversations on the customer’s record so they’re not lost in chat.
