Milestone tracking

Milestone tracking in RockifyERP records when a document reaches an important status, such as when a lead became a customer.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Milestone Tracker and click + Add.
  2. Choose the document type and the field to track, such as Status.
  3. Save. Changes are recorded as milestones.

Tip: Milestones help measure how long each stage of a process takes.
