Auto repeat

Auto repeat in RockifyERP recreates a document on a schedule, such as a monthly rent invoice or weekly purchase order.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open the submitted document.
  2. Open the ⋯ menu and choose Repeat.
  3. Set the frequency, start and end dates, and whether to email it.
  4. Save.

Tip: Review auto repeats quarterly so old ones don’t keep running.
