Workflow states

Workflow states in RockifyERP are the stages a document passes through, such as Draft, Pending, Approved and Rejected.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Workflow State and add any states you need.
  2. Choose a style colour for each so they stand out in lists.
