Workflows in RockifyERP
Workflows in RockifyERP add approval steps to documents, such as purchase orders needing a manager’s approval above a certain amount.
What you need to know
- States describe where a document is, such as Pending Approval or Approved.
- Transitions say who can move it from one state to the next.
- Conditions apply rules, such as amount above KES 100,000.
- Approvers get notified and can approve from email.
Tip: Keep workflows short. Two or three steps is usually enough.
