Notifications

Notifications in RockifyERP send alerts by email, SMS or in-app when something happens, such as an order being submitted or an invoice going overdue.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Notification and click + Add.
  2. Choose the document type and event, such as New, Submit or Days After.
  3. Set conditions and recipients.
  4. Write the message and save.

Tip: Too many notifications get ignored. Send only the ones that need action.
