Fetch data from a linked record
RockifyERP can copy a value from a linked record into a field automatically, such as a customer’s phone number onto a delivery note.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Add or edit a field in Customize Form.
- Set Fetch From, for example customer.mobile_no.
- Save. The value fills in when the link is chosen.
Tip: Tick Fetch If Empty to avoid overwriting values users typed.
