Company-wise naming series
If you run several companies, give each its own document numbering in RockifyERP.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Create a series per company, such as KE-SINV- and UG-SINV-.
- Use a naming rule with condition Company = each company.
- New documents pick the right series automatically.
Tip: Tax authorities often require sequential invoice numbers per legal entity.
