Maintenance visits
A maintenance visit in RockifyERP records a technician’s visit to a customer: what was checked, fixed or replaced.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the maintenance schedule or warranty claim and click Create › Maintenance Visit.
- Enter the date, technician and work done for each item.
- Record the customer’s feedback and submit.
Tip: Photos of the work attached to the visit help with disputes.
