Repair an asset

Asset repairs in RockifyERP record breakdowns, repair costs and whether the repair adds to the asset’s value.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Asset Repair and click + Add.
  2. Choose the asset, failure date and description.
  3. Add parts used and repair costs.
  4. Tick Capitalise Repair Cost if it extends the asset’s life, then Submit.

Tip: Frequent repairs on one asset may mean it’s time to replace it.
