Buy an asset
Buy assets in RockifyERP through the normal purchase process, and the asset record is created for you.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Create an item with Is Fixed Asset ticked and the asset category.
- Raise a purchase order and purchase receipt or invoice for it.
- RockifyERP creates the asset record in draft.
- Complete the details and submit the asset.
Tip: Tick Auto Create Assets on the item to save a step.
