Stock delivered but not billed

When goods are delivered before the invoice, RockifyERP can track them in a Stock Delivered But Not Billed account.

What you need to know

  • The delivery note moves cost to the interim account.
  • The sales invoice moves it to cost of goods sold.
  • A balance means deliveries waiting to be invoiced.

Tip: Review unbilled deliveries weekly so revenue isn’t missed.
