Move to perpetual inventory

If you started RockifyERP with periodic inventory, you can switch to perpetual inventory from a clean date.

How to do it in RockifyERP

Agree a switch date with your accountant, ideally a period start.
Do a full stock count and stock reconciliation at that date.
Enable perpetual inventory on the company and set warehouse accounts.
Post a journal to align the stock account with the stock ledger value.

Tip: Switch at a year or quarter start to keep reporting simple.
