Serial and batch traceability
Traceability in RockifyERP follows a serial number or batch from supplier to customer, essential for recalls.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the Serial No and Batch Traceability report.
- Enter the serial or batch.
- See every receipt, transfer, manufacture and delivery it went through.
Tip: In a recall, this report tells you exactly which customers received the batch.
