Stock ledger variance

The stock ledger variance report in RockifyERP finds entries where the running quantity or value doesn’t add up, usually after back-dated changes.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Open the Stock Ledger Variance report.
  2. Choose the item or warehouse.
  3. For each variance, run Repost Item Valuation from that date.

Tip: Run it monthly on fast-moving items.
