Projected quantity

Projected quantity in RockifyERP shows what you will have after open orders and requests are fulfilled.

What you need to know

  • Projected = actual + ordered + planned + requested − reserved − to be delivered.
  • Shown on items and in the Stock Projected Qty report.
  • Use it to decide what to buy, not just current stock.

Tip: Buy based on projected quantity to avoid ordering what’s already coming.
