Shipments
Shipments in RockifyERP record parcels sent with a courier, with pickup and delivery details.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Search for Shipment and click + Add, or create it from a delivery note.
- Enter pickup and delivery addresses, parcel sizes and weight.
- Add the courier and tracking number.
- Submit and update the status as it moves.
Tip: Share the tracking number with the customer to cut follow-up calls.
