Retain samples

RockifyERP can set aside a retention sample from each batch, as many manufacturers and pharmacies must.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Tick Retain Sample on the item and set the sample quantity.
  2. Set a sample retention warehouse in Stock Settings.
  3. When receiving, click Make Retention Stock Entry to move the sample.

Tip: Label retention samples with the batch number and date.
