Check stock quality on receipt and delivery
Quality inspections in RockifyERP can be required on receipt and delivery for chosen items, so nothing unchecked enters or leaves your stores.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the item and tick Inspection Required before Purchase and/or before Delivery.
- Optionally choose a quality inspection template.
- Receipts and deliveries for that item now need a submitted inspection.
Tip: Use inspection templates so every inspector checks the same parameters.
