Shipping rules

Shipping rules in RockifyERP add delivery charges to sales documents automatically, based on order value or weight.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Shipping Rule and click + Add.
  2. Choose Selling, the basis (net total or net weight) and the charge account.
  3. Add bands, for example free delivery above KES 50,000.
  4. Save, and choose it on quotations and orders.

Tip: Restrict rules to certain countries or territories if delivery costs differ.
