Serial numbers

Serial numbers in RockifyERP track each unit individually, from receipt to sale to warranty.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Tick Has Serial No on the item.
  2. On receipts, enter or scan the serial numbers.
  3. On deliveries, choose the serial numbers sold.
  4. Open any serial number to see its full history.

Tip: Scanning serials with a barcode scanner avoids typing mistakes.
