Batches
Batches in RockifyERP track lots of an item with their own quantity and dates, essential for food, medicines and chemicals.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Tick Has Batch No on the item, and set automatic batch naming if you like.
- On receipts, enter or create the batch with manufacturing and expiry dates.
- On deliveries, choose the batch, or let RockifyERP pick by expiry (FEFO).
- Use the Batch-wise Balance History report to see stock per batch.
Tip: Tick Has Expiry Date so expired batches can’t be sold.
