Reserve stock for orders

Stock reservation in RockifyERP holds stock for a specific sales order so it isn’t sold to another customer.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Enable stock reservation in Stock Settings.
  2. Open the submitted sales order and click Reserve.
  3. Choose the warehouse and quantity to hold.
  4. The reserved stock is released when delivered or unreserved.

Tip: Review reservations weekly so old ones don’t block stock.
