Item variants

Item variants in RockifyERP manage products that come in sizes, colours or other options, such as a T-shirt in S, M and L.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Create the attributes, for example Size and Colour, with their values.
  2. Create a template item and tick Has Variants.
  3. Add the attributes, then click Make Variants.
  4. RockifyERP creates one item per combination.

Tip: Templates can’t be sold; their variants are.
