Warehouses

A warehouse in RockifyERP is any place you keep stock: a store, a shop, a branch, a vehicle or even goods in transit.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Go to Stock › Warehouse (tree view).
  2. Add warehouses under the company’s main group, for example Nairobi Store or Mombasa Shop.
  3. Set the account each warehouse posts to, if different from the company default.
  4. Use group warehouses to report on several locations together.

Tip: Add a Goods In Transit warehouse for stock moving between branches.
