Quality feedback

Record customer or staff feedback in RockifyERP using a feedback template, so quality trends are measurable.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. Search for Quality Feedback and click + Add.
  2. Choose the template and the customer or user.
  3. Rate each parameter and add comments, then save.

Tip: Review low ratings weekly and follow up with the customer.
