Request for quotation
A request for quotation (RFQ) in RockifyERP asks several suppliers to quote for the same items.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- Open the material request and click Create › Request for Quotation, or create one directly.
- Add the suppliers and the items with quantities.
- Save and Submit. RockifyERP emails each supplier.
- Suppliers can reply by email or through the supplier portal.
Tip: Set a response deadline in the message so quotations come back on time.
