Incoterms and named place

For imports and exports, RockifyERP records the agreed Incoterm, such as FOB, CIF or EXW, and the named place on quotations, orders and invoices.

How to do it in RockifyERP

  1. On the document, choose the Incoterm.
  2. Enter the Named Place, for example Mombasa Port.
  3. Save. Both print on the document.

Tip: The Incoterm decides who pays freight and insurance. Make sure it matches your price.
