Sell in different units
Sell items in different units in RockifyERP, such as single pieces, packs or cartons, while stock is kept in one unit.
How to do it in RockifyERP
- On the item, add the extra units in the UOM Conversion table, for example Carton = 24 Nos.
- On sales documents, choose the UOM for each line.
- RockifyERP converts to the stock unit automatically.
Tip: Set prices per unit with item prices for each UOM, so a carton isn’t simply 24 times the single price unless you want it to be.
