Apply a discount
Give discounts in RockifyERP per item line, on the whole document, or automatically through pricing rules.
What you need to know
- Line discount: enter a Discount (%) or Discount Amount on the item row.
- Whole document: use Additional Discount at the bottom, as a percentage or amount, before or after tax.
- Automatic: set up a pricing rule.
Tip: Limit who can give discounts with field-level permissions or an approval workflow.
